BUNKER HILL, Ind. (AP) — A central Indiana elementary school is seeing double — eight times over.
Pipe Creek Elementary School in Bunker Hill has eight sets of twins registered in kindergarten this year.
Principal Laura Fulton tells the Kokomo Tribune (http://bit.ly/13ehSvC ) it's rare to have even three sets of twins in one grade level. She says she thought her secretary was playing tricks when she told her that eight sets had registered.
The school has eight kindergarten classes, and Fulton says one set of twins has been placed in each classroom.
The twins make up 10 percent of the kindergarten class.
