Victor Schulte, age 87, of Woodville, OH passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest
Ohio, Perrysburg, Ohio.
He was born on October 20, 1926 in Woodville, OH to Henry and Augusta (Hurdelbrink) Schulte. On April 9,
1947 he married Marjorie Hagemeyer in Bowling Green, OH and she survives.
Victor was a lifelong farmer and a member of Solomon Lutheran Church, Woodville, OH, where he was very
active. His other memberships included: Landmark Elevator Board, Luckey Farmers Elevator Board for 18
years, Past President of the Ohio Tomato Growers Association, Farm Bureau Membership Drive for over 50
years, and many other farm organizations.
Surviving Victor is his loving wife of 67 years: Marjorie; children: Thomas (Carol) Schulte of Orange,
TX, Mary (John) Satterfield of Woodville, OH, Jane Zimmerman of Englewood, OH, Joan (Gregory) Cornell of
Pemberville, OH, Timothy (Jane) Schulte of Woodville, OH;
10 grandchildren: Andrew Schulte, Zachary (Becky) Schulte, Allison (fiancé, Mike), Sarah Zimmerman,
Caitlyn Zimmerman, Scott (fiancé, Sabrina) Cornell, Paul Cornell, Wayne (girlfriend, Britney) Cornell,
Joel Cornell, Kyle (girlfriend, Kirsten) Cornell; great-grandson: Carter Schulte; two
great-grandchildren on the way, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother: Norman Schulte.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, April 11, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Marsh
Funeral Home, 201 W. Main Street, Woodville, OH.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 11 a.m. from Solomon Lutheran Church,
Woodville, OH where there will be additional visitation from 10 a.m. until time of services. Officiating
will be Rev. Kristina Ahlman.
Interment will be in Clay Township Cemetery, Genoa, OH.
A bereavement luncheon will be served at Solomon Lutheran Church immediately following the cemetery
committal services.

Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
