Victor Felix Pompa

Victor Felix Pompa, 68, died March 11, 2014 in Casper, Wyoming, following a long illness.
He was born March 6, 1946 in Weston Ohio, to the late Castulo and Theodora Pompa.
Victor served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Sergeant. 1 Corp. Vietnam – three tours from 1965 – 1969. He
was very proud to be a Marine and served his country well.
He moved to Wyoming where he could pursue his passion for hunting and fishing.
He worked at the Wyoming Life Resource Center for 23 years as a Spanish/English Translator.
He also had a love for music and would spend hours recording it on his reel to reel. Vic lived more than
30 years in Wyoming. His family enjoyed many vacations with him at his home in Lander and family
gatherings in Ohio.
Preceding him in death were beloved parents; substitute father from the age of 2, Trinidad Serrato I.
He is survived by his wife, Nanette; son, Victor; stepdaughter, Cherie Clark; four sisters, seven
brothers, five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, 34 nieces and nephews, 84 great-nieces and
nephews, and 37 great-great-nieces and nephews.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
