Thelma Mae Sautter, 78, of Whitehouse, OH, died September 17, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg, OH.
She was born April 21, 1935 in Ottawa, OH to Raymond and Leona Margaret (Kitchen) Stout. Thelma was a 1953 graduate of Maumee High School.
She worked for many years at Johns Manville and retired in 1997.
She was member of Hosanna Lutheran Church in Grand Rapids, OH and Resurrection Lutheran Church in Avon Park, FL. She enjoyed bowling, golf, and knitting.
She married Roy F. Sautter September 8, 1956. He survives along with daughters, Dawn (Craig) Robinson of Auburn, GA, Darcy (Donald Prescott) Bunge-Clinton of Swanton, OH, Dana (Roy) Grosswiler of Grand Rapids, OH, and Dyan (Frank) Walls of Whitehouse, OH, 10 grandchildren, and one great-grandson, brother, Richard (Sharon) Stout of Oak Harbor, OH and special friends, Dorothy Simon and Helen Childers. She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter, Chelsea Grosswiler, great-grandson, Mason Kozlok and brother, John Stout.
Friends and family may call Friday, September 20, 2013 from 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home, Whitehouse, OH. Funeral Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Hosanna Lutheran Church, 23109 Kellogg Rd.,Grand Rapids, OH. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Waterville, OH.
The family would like to thank the 3rd Floor nurses at St. Luke's Hospital and the staff at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg, OH. The family suggests giving memorials to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
