Scott A. Jividen, age 50, of Bowling Green, OH, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 30, 2013.
He was born on August 29, 1962 in Bowling Green, to Clayton and Betsy (Bixler) Jividen. On February 29, 1992 he married Diane Dachenhaus in Bowling Green and she survives.
Scott served in the United States Navy from 1986 to his retirement in 2006. He served during the Persian Gulf War and Desert Storm as an Avionic Tech working on F14s.
Scott was enrolled at ITT Tech. He enjoyed fishing with his dad, spending time with his family, and was an avid Minnesota Viking fan.
Scott is survived by his wife: Diane, children: Clayton (C.J.) and Heather, father and stepmother: Clayton and Sylvia Jividen of Pemberville, sister: Mary Lynn (Kevin) Tearney, nephew: Derek and niece: Mary Elizabeth, all of Perrysburg, OH.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Mary Elizabeth "Betsy" Jividen.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 25, 2013 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Marsh Funeral Home, 4094 State Route 105, Pemberville, OH, with a memorial service beginning at 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may take the form of contributions to the family in c/o the Marsh Funeral Home.
