Obituary-Photo-OsbornStacey Mathey Osborn passed away on Monday afternoon, November 25, surrounded by her family. Stacey received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Bowling Green State University where she was later employed as an instructor in the English department of the College of Arts and Sciences. She specialized in children's literature. During academic year 2007-2008, she was the College of Education's Instructor of the Year.
Stacey was Assistant to the Director for two nationally acclaimed arts organizations: Arts Unlimited (a Lincoln Center affiliate) and Ohio Wolf Trap Early Learning through the Arts. Stacey also designed and led performance and visual arts-based graduate seminars in curriculum design and pedagogy for pre-K through 12th-grade teachers. She co-developed and piloted a highly successful first year learning community program at BGSU.

Donna-Vatan-obitDonna Irene Vatan, 72, of Bowling Green, passed away on November 24, 2013 at Mercy St. Vincent's Medical Center, Toledo, Ohio.
She was born on May 22, 1941 in Pontiac, Michigan to Milton and Hazel (Worth) Carrigan.
Donna is survived by three children: Deanna (Jeff) Woodhouse of Bowling Green, Heidi (Mike) Popovitch of Maumee, and Michael Carrigan, who is currently working abroad; two grandchildren, Alexander and Nolan Popovitch, both of whom will dearly miss their "meemaw"; and her brother, Milton Carrigan Jr. (John Alongi) of San Luis Obispo, California.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hossein Vatan.
Donna began an extensive career in higher education in 1969 when she was hired as a faculty member in the Home Economics department at Bowling Green State University (BGSU).

Iamele-Louis-obit-1Louis E. Iamele, age 78, of Luckey, OH passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, OH.
He was born on December 15, 1934 in Rochester, NY to Louis and Minnie (Kimmit) Iamele. On November 10, 1956 he married Wanda Whitmill in Temperance, MI and she survives.
Louis was a technician for Western Union Telegraph Company. While serving in the Army he was member of the National Security Agency.
In his spare time he enjoyed deer hunting and watching football games and was a member of NRA.
Louis is survived by his loving wife of 57 years: Wanda Lou, daughters: Cynthia (Mike) Franklin of Luckey, Brandi (Mike) Woodlee of Port Orange, FL, grandsons: Jason (Stacy) Franklin of Luckey, Steve (Bridget) Franklin of Toledo, OH, Joseph (Brandy) Franklin of Jacksonville, NC, granddaughters: Mariah (Donny) Hemby and Emily Woodlee, both of Port Orange, FL and 15 great grandchildren.

Buchmanp-obitPriscilla Sue (Wickham) Buchman, 70, passed away on October 23, 2013, with her children at her side.
She was born on April 4, 1943, to the late Harold "Wick" and Marceille (Pierce) Wickham.
Priscilla was a 1961 graduate of Bowling Green High School. After graduation, she lived in California and Chicago before returning to Ohio and eventually settling in Findlay.
Priscilla and her children moved to Fairfax County, Virginia, in 1980, where she went on to a 33-year career with property management firm Gates Hudson.
Priscilla was an avid reader of books and magazines, and especially enjoyed trying and sharing new recipes with her family and friends.

mary_jo_kline-obitHOYTVILLE - Mary Jo Kline, age 82 of Hoytville, died Saturday, November 23, 2013, 11:46 a.m. at Wood County Hospital.
She was born September 22, 1931 in Findlay to Clarence and Doris (Kelley) Self. On January 17, 1968 she married Irvin Kline in Kentucky and he survives.
Also surviving are her children, Jolynn Snyder of North Baltimore, Deb (Gene) Patterson of North Baltimore, Robert Snyder of Edminton, KY, Kelly Kline Phelps of Bellevue, and Hope (Mark) Moore of McComb. There are 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a brother, Capt. William (Carolyn) Self of Lillington, NC.
She was preceded in death by a son, Jay Snyder; her parents; two brothers, Richard and Robert; and a daughter-in-law Sherrian Snyder.
