Martha Brenner, 81, of Bowling Green, Ohio and formerly of Youngstown, Ohio, passed away Monday, December 9, 2013.  
Martha was born in Youngstown, Ohio, to the late Jacob Paul and Helen Louise (Thompson) Brenner.
Martha is survived by her nieces: Maggie Kalmar, of Bowling Green, Ohio; Sara Brenner, of Madison, Wisconsin; nephews:  Charlie Brenner, of Zanesville, Ohio; Paul Brenner, of Rocky River, Ohio; sister-in-law: Dorcas Brenner, of Bowling Green, Ohio; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.
Private graveside services will be held in the Tod Homested Cemetery, Youngstown, Ohio.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the DECK-HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1460 W. Wooster Street/P.O. Box 648, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, Tele: 419-352-2171.

Sharninghouse-Dennis-KBFHDennis Z. Sharninghouse, 58, of North Baltimore, Ohio, died at 1:01 p.m. on Friday, December 6, 2013 at the Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.
Dennis was born on April 17, 1955 to the late Donald Edward and Frances E. (Batdorff) Sharninghouse in Findlay. He married Lisa Mehaffey on January 31, 1976, and she survives in North Baltimore.
Also surviving are: son, Jeremy Z. (Robyn) Sharninghouse of Bowling Green; grandson, Jackson Z. Sharninghouse, son, Joshua D. (Sara) Sharninghouse of Van Wert and one granddaughter and one grandson, and son, John Thomas Sharninghouse of North Baltimore; two brothers, David Sharninghouse of Findlay and Darren (J.C. Stafford) Sharninghouse of Atlanta; a sister, Deborah (Dean) Armagost of Las Vegas, NV; mother-in-law, Leah Mehaffey of Findlay.

Kent-Snyder-obit-photoKent W. Snyder, 55, died on December 5, 2013, surrounded by family after a courageous fight with cancer.
Kent was born July 6, 1958 in Toledo, Ohio to Kate (Schafer) and Dr. Frank Snyder. He graduated from Sylvania Northview High School in 1976 and attended the University of Toledo.
Kent was employed as a millwright, working at Johns Manville for 27 years.
He and his wife Kim (Phillips), raised their family in the house Kent built himself in Grand Rapids, Ohio. Kent was an avid Ohio State fan with Kim, sharing many fond memories together with family including the most recent Ohio State football win. Go Bucks!

Oakley Malone, 92, of Bowling Green, Ohio, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013 at Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green, OH.
The Lawrence County native was born March 19, 1921, the son of the late Roy and Ella Phillips Malone. Oakley attended Decatur Schools.
He served as a proud veteran in the U.S. Army during W.W. II in the Pacific Theater.
He was retired as a machinist from Collins Mining Company after 37 years of service.
After retiring he moved to Bradner, Ohio, where his hobby was woodworking. His specialty was making children's rockers.
He was a member of Decatur Missionary Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: four brothers: Stacy, Harold, Clifford and Orville Malone; three sisters: Goldie Taylor, Myrtle Malone and Pearl Malone; a son: Ralph Salyers; and a son-in-law: Ronald DePriest.

leader-obit-picAnna Rose (Stevens) Leader, age 85, of Findlay, left her earthly home to enter the heavenly realm on December 5, 2013. She had resided at the Heritage in Findlay since April 6, 2012.
She was born on February 25, 1928 to Melvin and Clara (Newell) Stevens in Shawtown, OH. She graduated from McComb High School in 1946 and attended Bowling Green State University.
Throughout her life, she was guided by and active in demonstrating the values of Christian faith. Rose married Calvin on June 12, 1948, and was a highly appreciated companion to him her whole married life. She was a devoted mother and grandmother.
During her husband's working years, as he was climbing the ladder in school superintendency, she moved many times. She told her children moving was an exciting experience and good.
