James E. Gallier, 79, of Napoleon, Ohio died Monday, January 20, 2014 at The Lutheran Home of Napoleon.
He was born November 23, 1934 in Bowling Green, Ohio, to the late James G. and Bernice (Roe) Gallier.
He was an accountant at Ernst & Ernst in Toledo, a controller for Napco & Arrow Molded Plastics in Napoleon and he retired as owner/operator semi-driver for Transport America.
He was a former member of First Presbyterian Church and attended Malinta Memorial United Methodist Church.
He loved working on antique tractors, attending tractor shows and also liked to camp, ride bike trails and canoe.
He is survived by his daughter, Shannon (Ron) Bauman, Napoleon and son, Shane (Karen) Gallier of Cridersville, Ohio; grandchildren, Eric (Kristin) Bauman and Ashley (Jeremy) Fry; and great-grandchildren, Cole and Kaylee Bauman, and Elijah Fry.
He was preceded in death by half sister, Nellie Gallier Dimick.

Bill-Young-obitWarren "Bill" Young, 88, of Napoleon, formerly of McClure, Ohio, died Monday, January 20, 2014 at Spring Meadows Care Center, Holland, Ohio.
He was born November 24, 1925 in Warren, Indiana to the late Hardin and Lila (Lewis) Young. On January 1, 1949, he married Charlene (Inskeep) Young in Fort Wayne, Indiana who were united in marriage for 61 years until her death on May 21, 2010.
He graduated from Converse High School in 1943 where he played basketball and then served briefly in the U.S. Navy Reserves. He worked for Norfork and Western Railroad as an operator and clerk for 21 years, he then worked for a short time at Foster's Canning. He was employed at Temcole Radish Factory for 20 years. Then in his later years he worked for Frisch's Big Boy in Napoleon for another 15 years.
He was a member of McClure United Methodist Church.

She was born on October 14, 1929 in Perry County, Kentucky to the late Henry & Mary (McQueen) Clay. She married Charlie Marshall, Sr. on May 13, 1948 and he passed away on January 20, 2007.
Surviving are sons, Charles Marshall, Jr. of Risingsun, Ohio, Myron Marshall of Perrysburg, Ohio, Johnny (Jan) Marshall of Pemberville, Ohio, Tice Marshall of Toledo, Ohio, Timothy Marshall of Bradner, Ohio; daughters, Carol Marshall of Point Place, Ohio, Vivian (Richard) Bosse of Millbury, Ohio, Henrietta (Sherman) Bickford of Bradner, Ohio, Sue (Richard) Amos of Bowling Green, Ohio; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; brothers, Ben, McKinley; sister, Bessie Grigsby.
