Rosanna M. Groll, 76, of Napoleon, died Tuesday, April 2, 2014 at Toledo Hospital.
She was born August 20, 1937 in Bowling Green to the late William and Bertha (Snyder) Kerr. On November
3, 1973, she married Karl Groll at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Napoleon.
Rosanna was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, where she was very active in the mission society. She
also helped tutor at St. Paul Lutheran School. She was a volunteer at the American Red Cross and helped
her husband in the Lutheran Brotherhood and Lutheran Laymen’s League.
She is survived by her husband, Karl, and son, Randy Forbush, both of Napoleon; daughter, Ann Lymon,
Mobile, Alabama; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Janet (Clarence) Kidd and Wilma
(Charles) Ameling, both of Portage, Ohio.
She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Norman Forbush; stepdaughter, Barbara Long;
granddaughter, Theresa; and brother, Gary Kerr.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 5 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Napoleon.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Rodenberger Funeral Home, Napoleon and Saturday 10
to 11 a.m. at the church.
Interment will be held at a later date at Forest Hill Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to St. Paul Lutheran Church or School.
