Robert Theis Sr., 62, of Weston passed away Saturday September 14, 2013.
Robert was born in Paulding, Ohio to Roger and Geliah (Gray) Theis.
Robert is survived by his son, Robert (Tonya Carey) Theis Jr.; his father Roger; sister Becky Walls; brothers: Roger Jr., David and Danny Theis; stepchildren, Teresa Ridgway and Frank (Dawn) Ridgway; four grandchildren and a great- grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Michelle and his mother Geliah.
Robert proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family and socializing with his friends. Robert also enjoyed tinkering on projects around his home.
A private gathering was held in Robert's honor.
Arrangements were entrusted with the DECK-HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1460 W. Wooster St., P.O Box 648, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402.
Memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior's Foundation or to a veteran's charity of ones choosing.
