Robert Lee Ward, 77, of Perrysburg, OH, died April 29, 2013 at St. Luke's Hospital in Maumee, OH.
He was born May 20, 1935 in Perry County, OH to Leo "Dick" and Mildred (Deible) Ward.
Bob was a 1953 graduate of Enon High School. He received a Bachelor's Degree and an MBA from BGSU. He worked as a Corporate Credit Manager for Owens Corning Fiberglass, Champion Spark Plug and American International Airways. He retired in 1999.
Bob was a member of First United Methodist Church in Perrysburg, OH, Veteran Motor Car Club of America, Black Swamp and Defiance chapters where he was a past regional director president and he was a past president of NACM.
He married Judith (Harris) January 19, 1963. She survives.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Friends and family may call Wednesday, May 1, 2013 from 4 to 7 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home, Whitehouse, OH. The family will also receive guests Thursday May 2, 2013 from 12 noon until the time of service at 2 p.m. at Harris Funeral Home, 49 Linden Ave Dayton, OH. Interment will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery.
