Richard E. "Dick" Miller, devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend passed away Sunday, September 8, 2013 surrounded by his loving family in his home.
Dick was born October 28, 1944 in Toledo to Harold W. and Juanita Miller.
Dick was a member of Local 50 Plumbers and Pipefitters for 45 years. He was active in the Local 50 retiree group.
He enjoyed countless events with the many friends he was blessed to have. He will be fondly remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and loving personality.
He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 48 years, Dixie; daughters, Rebecca (Bill) Costelli; Mary (Eric) Hilbert; Beth (Chris) Carson; grandchildren, Jessica; Richie; Emily; Kyle; great-grandchildren, Mariah; Kyra; and Tyler.
Friends will be received in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. S. Boundary, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday, September 12, 2013, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 13, 2013. Burial will follow at Ft. Meigs Cemetery.
Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
