He was born on February 22,1924 to Fred and Leona (Hoffman) Kellermeier in Perrysburg, Ohio.
Paul was an outdoorsman who loved to camp and fish.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy and was commissioned aboard the USS Chimo.
Paul is survived by his daughters, Juanita (Scott) Matthews; Sharon (Gary) Stratmann; Joyce (Douglas) Hinesman; Janice Kellermeier; Shirley Kellermeier; Sandra (David) Gerety; Janet (David) Laughlin; Shelly (Steve) Jenkins and Judy Reed; sons, Gary (Judy) Kellermeier and Leo (Debbie) Kellermeier; 20 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan (Mandell); infant sons, Fred and Alva; and son-in-law, Larry Reed.
Visitation will be on Monday, April 8, 2013 from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio, where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Funeral Services will begin in the funeral home on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 10 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Rose Church, 215 E. Front Street, Perrysburg, Ohio. Interment to follow at St. Rose Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
