Patricia Louise (Doak) Davis, 71, of Weston, Ohio, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2013.
Patricia was born in Washington, Pennsylvania to the late Clarence M. and Rose (Kania) Doak.
Patricia is survived by her sons: Kent (Amy Ickes) Davis, of Oak Harbor, Ohio; Kirk Davis, of Columbus, Ohio; a sister: Phyllis Foringer, of Washington, Pennsylvania; grandchildren: Patricia Rose Davis, Kirk Davis Jr., and Jacob Johnson.
Patricia was a graduate of Trinity High School in Washington, Pennsylvania.
After graduating high school, Patricia went on to work for the United States Government as a secretary in Washington, D.C. Patricia later moved to Ohio and raised her children in Weston, Ohio.
She worked in the Radiology Department at the Wood County Hospital as a Radiology Transcriptionist for 31 years up until her retirement on December 3, 2013.
Patricia was a member of the Weston Church of Christ.
She enjoyed arts and crafts and spending time at the lake. Patricia especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 11 a.m. in the DECK-HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME REMEMBRANCE CHAPEL, 1460 W. Wooster Street/P.O. Box 648, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, Tele: 419-352-2171. A Celebration of Life Social Gathering will immediately follow in the DECK-HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME REMEMBRANCE BANQUET HALL. Interment will be held at a later date in the Washington Cemetery in Washington, Pennsylvania.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Patricia's honor may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Road, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551.
