Marjorie E. Belch Mitchell, age 85 of Millbury, Ohio, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2014 at Hospice of
Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg.
She was born on September 24, 1928 in Logan, Ohio to Charles and Mary (Hugli) Hitchens. Marjorie was a
1946 graduate of Lake High School.
She was an office manager for the Family Medical Center for 29 years, retiring in 1998.
Marjorie will always be remembered for her love and devotion to her family and her enthusiasm for life.
Surviving is her husband, William Mitchell; children, Sheila (Rick) Williams, Todd (Peggy) Belch and
Brenda (Sam) Myerholtz; brothers, Chuck Hitchens and Rick Hitchens; sister, Neomia Vavrik. Also
surviving are seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and her canine companion, Maggie.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Dorothy Asman.
In accordance with Marjorie’s wishes Funeral services and interment will be private.
Arrangements are being handled by Sujkowski Funeral Home, Rossford, Ohio.
Memorial contributions in Marjorie’s memory may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or to the Alzheimers
