Iamele-Louis-obit-1Louis E. Iamele, age 78, of Luckey, OH passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, OH.
He was born on December 15, 1934 in Rochester, NY to Louis and Minnie (Kimmit) Iamele. On November 10, 1956 he married Wanda Whitmill in Temperance, MI and she survives.
Louis was a technician for Western Union Telegraph Company. While serving in the Army he was member of the National Security Agency.
In his spare time he enjoyed deer hunting and watching football games and was a member of NRA.
Louis is survived by his loving wife of 57 years: Wanda Lou, daughters: Cynthia (Mike) Franklin of Luckey, Brandi (Mike) Woodlee of Port Orange, FL, grandsons: Jason (Stacy) Franklin of Luckey, Steve (Bridget) Franklin of Toledo, OH, Joseph (Brandy) Franklin of Jacksonville, NC, granddaughters: Mariah (Donny) Hemby and Emily Woodlee, both of Port Orange, FL and 15 great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Marsh Funeral Home, 201 West Main Street, Woodville, OH. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. from Zion Lutheran Church, Luckey, OH with additional visitation from 1:00 p.m. until time of services. Officiating will be Rev. Randy Winsand.
Interment will be Restlawn Memorial Park, Perrysburg, OH.
There will be a bereavement luncheon served at the church immediately following the cemetery committal services.
Consideration for memorial contributions are to: Zion Lutheran Church or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
