She was born on December 31, 1922 in Decatur, Alabama to the late Jeff Pilgrim and Georgie Marie (Peebles) Tolbert. She married Charles Ray Williams on December 23, 1948 in Greenup, Kentucky and he passed away on February 27, 9168. Surviving are daughters, Judy Shiley, Deborah (Michael) Parsons, both of Wayne; brothers, Hubert Tolbert, Sr. of Wayne, Eugene Tolbert of West Millgrove; grandchildren, Janet and Tammy. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Ronald; sisters, Helen, Mabel & Catherine. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday (July 11, 2012) at Barndt Funeral Home in Wayne, Ohio, where a Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday (July 12, 2012) with Minister John Amstutz officiating.
