Lois Wilson-Bright, 79, of 9 Bainbridge Way, Bowling Green, died on Wednesday afternoon, August 21, 2013 in Wood County Hospital.
Lois was a long-time volunteer at Wood County Hospital for the Hospital Guild, the Hospital Service Cart, and a member of First United Methodist Church.
Lois was born on May 30, 1934 in Lykens, Pennsylvania to Pauline Fegley. On December 12, 1953 she married George P. Wilson. He preceded her in death in 1990. She later married Don E. Bright on April 26, 2007.
Lois is survived by her husband, Don E. Bright, and children David B. Wilson, Bowling Green; Karen (Doug) Haas, Bowling Green; Linda (Joe) Shull, Put-In-Bay; DeAnne (Paul) Joseph, Bowling Green; Daniel (Janet) Wilson, Rudolph; and Karl (Kris) Bright, Powell, Ohio; 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on August 31, 2013 at First United Methodist Church. Rev. Tom Mellot will officiate.
Arrangements are being handled by Dunn Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church Choir Fund.
