Linda (Bengtson) Brinkman, 60, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 23, at the home of her
sister and brother-in-law in Golden, Colorado, surrounded by her family.She was a loving mother, caring
daughter, sweet sister, cherished aunt, loyal friend and talented lawyer.Linda grew up on a farm in Wood
County, attended Haskins Federated Church, and graduated from Otsego High School, Bowling Green State
University, and the Toledo University College of Law.Her children, Clare, 22, Ellen, 21, and Gabriel, 13,
were the focus and the joy of her life. She loved her siblings Jon Bengtson (Sherry, daughter Jana) of
Tampa, FL and Erica Bengtson (David Booth). She adored her mom, Martha Bengtson, also of Golden, CO.She was
predeceased by her father, Milton Bengtson.Linda was a devout and studious Christian, and she loved God and
the outdoors. She had a stunning sense of humor and an infectious laugh, and she cared deeply about people
and things that were important to her.She was a respected and well-liked attorney. She was always reasonable
and had no enemies. She was humble, yet strong; confident, yet never seeking the limelight. Her partners and
friends at Coleman, Yovanovich and Koester in Naples, FL, and her many friends and her family will miss her
greatly.A celebration of Linda’s life will take place Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at 6 p.m. at Covenant
Presbyterian Church, 6926 Trail Blvd., Naples FL 34108.The family requests that memorial gifts be made to
