Lee Wilkinson, Jr., 63, of Tiffin, OH died unexpectedly on October 22, 2013 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN.
He was born on November 18, 1949 in Fostoria, OH, the son of Merrill "Leo" and Lyra (Longacre) Wilkinson, Sr. He was a 1968 graduate of Elmwood High School.
Lee served in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1973 during the Vietnam War Era.
He received the National Defense Service Medal and the Expert Badge for the M-16 Rifle.
Lee married Crystal L. Halbisen on December 31, 1996 in Findlay, OH and she survives.
He currently worked for Land O' Lakes as the National Corn Product Director. He also worked in Agriculture for many years.
Lee was an avid OSU fan and enjoyed football and golf.
Lee is survived by his wife, Crystal Wilkinson, Tiffin, OH; children, Jaime Ramsey, Columbus, OH; Craig (Shanell) Oliver, Findlay, OH; Jarret Oliver, Bloomdale, OH; grandchildren, Brenee, Makayla, Mason, Braydon, Tucker, Micah, Laney and Mitchel; sister, Lori Pickering of Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation: Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH.
Service: Wednesday, October 30, 2013, 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
