Judy Jones, 69, of North Baltimore, went to her final resting place, to be with her husband Dean, at 3:15 p.m. Friday, September 20, 2013, at the Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green.
She was born on October 13, 1943, in Wood County to the late Elwood Ray and Blanche Mildred (Kerr) King. She married Alvin Dean Jones and he preceded her in death on April 30, 1994.
Judy is survived by her daughters: Mildred (Rodger) Beard-Morgan of Helena, MT and Ronda (Jimmie) Coup Sr. of North Baltimore; her sons: Dean (Mattie Swope) Jones of Bradner and Chris Jones of North Baltimore; her brothers: Donald Ray "Joe" (Jerrie) King of Bloomdale and Denny Filmore King of Fostoria; her sister, Jean (Jim) Powers of SC; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a grandchild.
Judy retired from Cooper Standard Automotive in Bowling Green.
She was a member of the North Baltimore American Legion Auxiliary and F.O.E. #2633. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed fishing.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association and/or the American Heart Association.
