Jack Lee Cook, 84, Bowling Green, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2014.
Jack was born on August 21, 1929 in BG to parents Martha (Spaulding) and Alva Cook. Both parents preceded
him in death.
Jack was a retired employee of the BGSU Carpentry Dept.
He is survived by his life partner Marion Trettin. He is also survived by daughters, Kathy (Tom) Shapler,
BG, Lou Ann (Donald) Horn, Wilmington, OH, Vicky Messer, Ft. Wayne, IN, and Kim (Jim) McArthur, Toledo,
OH; one son, Kevin (Kim) Cook, Uniondale, IN. He also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 10
great-grandchildren; and two brothers, David Cook, Maumee, OH, and Jim Cook, who resides in Florida.
Jack was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers. He also was preceded in death by a
granddaughter.
Services will be on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at the Dunn Funeral Home with visitation at 11 a.m. with the
funeral service immediately following at 12 noon.

of flowers.
