Hesterbelle Studer
Hesterbelle Studer, 93, of Swanton, OH, formerly of Whitehouse, OH, died March 10, 2013 at her home.
She was born February 8, 1920 in Milan, MI to Gifford and Zeola Lewis.
Hesterbelle worked for Anthony Wayne Schools as the Whitehouse Primary School secretary for 25 years, retiring in 1982.
She was a former member of Whitehouse Zion United Methodist Church where she served many years as pianist and organist. She was a faithful choir member, held several offices and taught Sunday school. She was also a member of Shiloh Christian Union Church in Liberty Center, OH.
She and her husband, Clifton, were inducted into the Anthony Wayne Hall of Fame together in 2004.
She married Clifton Studer September 5, 1939 in Whitehouse, OH. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include son, Larry (Micki) Studer of Stuart, FL, daughters Gail (Alvie) Perkins of Bowling Green, OH and Karen (Doug) Mold of Swanton, OH, eight grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and sister, Zelma Jean (Burton) Crosby of Cincinnati, OH.
Her husband, Clifton and brothers, Roland and Dale Lewis, preceded her in death.
Friends and family may call Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 3-8 p.m. at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home, Whitehouse, OH. Funeral Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
Memorial Contributions can be given to Shiloh Christian Union Church.
