Helen O. Smith, 89, of North Baltimore, passed away at 5:20 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2014 at her
residence.
Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore,
where funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2014.
Burial will follow in New Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore.
