Conway-obit-photoElizabeth (Evans-Alexander) Conway, age 92, of Toledo, OH, passed away on Wednes-day, February 5, 2014 at Lutheran Home at Toledo, Toledo, OH.
On September 20, 1921 she was born to Robert and Nora (Ford) Evans in Webster Township. Betty was married to Robert Alexander and William Conway.
She was a cashier at the former Joseph's store in the Great Eastern Shopping Center.
Betty is survived by children: Marilyn Johnson of Logan, OH, Robert (Karen) Alexander of Fraser, MI; four grandchildren: Heather Johnson (David Whealey), Cashies (April) Johnson, Christina (Glenn) Bistrick and Amy (Ken) Schmidhuber; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters: Lola Shupe of Huntsville, AL, Linda Valleroy of Genoa, OH; sister-in-law: Mary Evans; and life long friend: Ardith (Spahn) Phillips.
She was preceded in death by parents; husbands: Robert Alexander and William Conway; grandson: Robert Scott Alexander; brothers: Harold, Robert and Lyle Evans.
A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 12 Noon from the Marsh Funeral Home, 110 Main Street, Luckey, OH. Officiating will Rev. Peter Johnston.
There will be a bereavement luncheon served at Faith United Methodist Church, Luckey, OH immediately following the memorial services.
Interment will be private in Troy Twp. Cemetery, Luckey, OH.
