 Dorothy Marie Burditt, 90 of Bowling Green, Ohio passed Friday July 27, 2012. Dorothy was born October 12, 1921 to the late William E. and Lena L. (Beuhing) Aufdenkamp. She married Walter Beeker and he preceded her in death in 1942. She later married Grover Burditt and he preceded her in death in 1984. Dorothy is survived by her children: Walter Beeker (Pat Huling), Mark Burditt (Kelli) both of Bowling Green, Ohio; Charles (Rachel) Burditt of Deshler, Ohio; Carolyn (Ron) Pultz of Bowling Green and Charlotte (Thomas) Stock of Weston, Ohio. She is also survived by her stepdaughter, Glenda Bird of England; sister, Helen (Edward) Labo of Sylvania, Ohio and her brothers, Edwin (Phyllis) Aufdenkamp, of Bowling Green; Herman (Eileen) Aufdenkamp of Perrysburg, Ohio and Elden Aufdenkamp of Custar, Ohio. Surviving are 11 grandchildren, 10 stepgrandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 3 stepgreat-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Her brother, Raymond preceded her in death. Dorothy was a homemaker and life-long Wood County resident. For well over 25 years she cleaned Hope Lutheran Church where she was a faithful member. She also served the Ladies' Aide of the church. She was a life member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post #1148, Bowling Green. She also was a member of the Lybarger-Grimm Ladies Auxiliary Post #441 in Tontogany, Ohio. She enjoyed being out of doors and caring for her flowers. She enjoyed word search puzzles and a good game of euchre. Visitation will be Tuesday July 31, 2012 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the DECK-HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1460 W Wooster, PO Box 648, Bowling Green, OH 43402; Tele: 419/352-2171 and one hour before her funeral service at 1 p.m. on Wednesday August 1, 2012 at the Hope Lutheran Church, 13507 Cloverdale Road, Bowling Green, OH 43402. Burial will follow in the Fish Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be gifted in Dorothy's honor to the church or to Heartland Hospice.
