don-david-photoDon A. David, age 54, of Bowling Green, Ohio, formerly of Wayne, passed away on Thursday (November 21, 2013) at his home.
He was born on July 7, 1959 in Bowling Green, Ohio to Herman J. and Nancy A. "Dolly" (Patterson) David.
Surviving are his mother, Nancy of Wayne; brothers, Dan (Louann) David of Wayne, Dale David of Risingsun; sisters, Mary Ellen David of Tiffin, Margaret David (Donald Barr) of Bowling Green, Martha (Jim) Dobson of Pemberville, Marlene (Bob) Rath of Wayne; five nieces and nephews; five great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Herman and an infant brother.
Don had previously worked for Huntington Bank, Lane's Drug Stores and Big N (Murphy's Mart) in Bowling Green.
He graduated in 1977 from Elmwood High School.
Friends will be received from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday (November 24, 2013) at Barndt Funeral Home in Wayne, Ohio, where a Celebration of Life Service will be at 11 a.m. Monday (November 25, 2013) with Pastor Howard Mayne officiating. A bereavement luncheon will be held at the Wayne Volunteer Fire Department in Wayne, following the celebration. Graveside committal services will be private at a later date at Graham Cemetery near Wayne.
Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home or charity of donor's choice.
