Denise L. Chamberlain, 57, of Grand Rapids, OH, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. She was born to the late Patricia Sheller and Ralph Fry. Besides her mom, she was preceded in death by her son: Shawn Chamberlain. Denise is survived by her son: Clayton (Carla) Chamberlain; grandchild: Wyatt Chamberlain; father: Ralph (Trish) Fry; Stepfather: Keith Sheller; brothers: John Fry and Ralph Fry Jr; sister: Sue (Rick) Cunningham; several stepbrothers and sisters. Denise was an avid Harley Davidson rider, she enjoyed her yard work and her flowers, but her true passion was her family and friends. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Wright-Habegger Funeral Home, 24084 W. Second St., Grand Rapids, OH 43522.
