Wilhelm-Dale-Younger-obitDale M. Wilhelm, 66, of Findlay, died at 7:47 a.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at his residence surrounded by his family.
He was born on September 23, 1946, in Wood County, to the late Gilbert and Alma (Raabe) Wilhelm. He married Karen Stinehart on April 6, 1968 in Angola, IN, and she survives.
Dale is also survived by his son, Nathan (Suzie) Wilhelm of Willow Spring, NC; his daughter, Nicole (Denny) Powell of Findlay; his brothers, Web Wilhelm of Houston, TX and Larry (Sharon) Wilhelm of Findlay; his sisters, Janet (Gerald) Roach of Salone, AZ and Kay Lynn Weber of Weston; three grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
His sister, Joan Leisure, preceded him in death.
Dale was a retired Brick Layer. He was a U.S. Marine Corp Veteran, having served our country in the Vietnam War.

He will be remembered for his sense of humor that he kept through the end.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, with funeral services at 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 14, 2013. Full military rites will be performed by the Hancock County Veterans Memorial Squad.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Home Health & Hospice.
