Carol I. Griffith, 82, of Bowling Green and formerly of North Baltimore, died at 2 a.m. Thursday, December 6, 2012, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green.
She was born on May 21, 1930, in Findlay, to the late Lorenz "Skip" P. and Mary Etta (Bender) Spaeth. She married James E. Griffith and he preceded her in death on June 28, 1999.
Carol is survived by her sons: Bill of Bowling Green, Dean of Toledo and Dave of Bowling Green; her daughter: Cathi Griffith of Walbridge; her sisters: Colleen P. Sterling of North Baltimore and Darlene (Dennis) Toland of Wapakoneta; and her sister-in-law, Ruth Dennis of Hoytville.
Carol was a homemaker and devoted wife and mother.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 10, 2012, in Weaver Cemetery, Bloom Township, with Pastor Ralph Mineo officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted to SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Home Health and Hospice.
