Bradley T. Smoyer, 71, of Bowling Green, passed away on June 4, 2014 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center.

He was born January 11, 1943 in St. Clair Shores, Michigan to Lawrence E. and Esther (Brim) Smoyer. He
married Janis L. Momyer on April 10, 1979 and she preceded him in death in 2011.
Brad attended Bowling Green High School and was a member or past member of the Maumee-Bowling Green Elks
(he played in the golf league for many years), the Moose, the Eagles, and St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. He
enjoyed music and playing golf.
He was the owner of Brad’s Garage Door of Bowling Green.
Surviving are daughters, Laurie Smoyer of Pemberville, Tina (Paul) Neff of Lima; sons, Duane (Karen)
Smoyer of Bowling Green, Scott Smoyer; stepson, Jeffrey Atkin; sister, Sandy (Jim) Cranker of Bowling
Green; brother, Joel (Terri) Smoyer of Inverness, Florida and eight grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Larry D. Smoyer and grandchild, Kyle.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mark’s Lutheran
Church. The family will receive friends beginning at 9:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions to Bridge Hospice Care Center, 1069 Klotz
Rd., Bowling Green.
