Bobby Miller, 69, of Bloomdale, died at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at the Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green.
He was born in North Baltimore on August 22, 1943 to the late Earl A. and Leona R. (Massey) Miller. He married Naomi C. Padmore and she preceded him in death.
Bobby is survived by his companion Sheila A. McNally of Bloomdale, daughter Mary Sue (Bill) Cook of MI, two brothers: Paul A. Miller and David C. Miller, three sisters: Joyce A. (Bob) Karn, Laura Jannette Januszewski, Ruby Wilson, two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Melvin Martin Miller, daughter Shirley Ann Miller and two brothers: Thomas and Earl Miller.
Bobby was a member of Bloomdale Trinity United Methodist Church and loved fishing, cats and beekeeping. He was an over the road truck driver for more than 30 years.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore, and for one hour (10 to 11 a.m.) prior to the service. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Jeff Ridenour officiating. Burial will follow in McComb Union Cemetery.
