Travers-Obit-PhotoMichael J. Traver, age 59, of Luckey, OH, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2014 at the Toledo Hospital, Toledo, OH.
On July 26, 1954 he was born in Fort Knox, KY to Wesley and Genelea (Stout) Traver. In Las Vegas, NV he married Jacqueline Capone on June 3, 1978 and she survives.
Mike was a truck driver, farmer and loved to grow fruit trees.
Mike is survived by his loving wife of 35 years: Jackie, daughter: Nicole (Dustin) Monhollen of Millbury, mother: Genelea Traver of Ellwood City, PA, brother: Mark (Mary) Traver of MI, nieces, nephews and very special canine friend: Tucker.
He was preceded in death by his father: Wesley and sister: Theresa Walker.

John is survived by his wife Joan; children Lisa (Dave) Dickey; Casey Cain; Kevin Cain; Kelly (Neal) Hiett; eight grandchildren; sister, Mary Ann (Eldon) McNutt.
John grew up in Bowling Green, OH. He was the son of entrepreneur parents who started Cain's Potato Chip Company, Inc. in 1936.
In 1963, John, with his family and parents moved to Tempe, AZ and started a potato chip and snack food company.
In 1982 John discovered Dwarf Cars that sparked his life-long passion - RACING! Dwarf Car Co Inc. was formed and he proceeded to introduce the

Douglas Stearns, 57, of Fostoria, died Sunday.
Born to Bill and Judy Stearns. Married Beverly Jayne Freischlag, and she survives. Also surviving are his mother, Judy Stearns; son, Chuck Stearns; brothers, Jeff, Gary and Tom Stearns, all of Fostoria.
Visitation is Thursday 4-7 p.m. at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria

Howard-Strow-Obit-PictureHoward Lee Strow, 81, of Custar, Ohio, passed away Monday, January 13, 2014, surrounded by his loving family.
Howard was born on June 29, 1932 in Weston, Ohio, to the late Floyd and Opal (Long) Strow.
He received his education at Weston and Milton Twp. Schools and graduated from Perrysburg High School. He married Doris (Wise) Strow, on September 2, 1951 at the Church of Christ in Custar, and she survives him in Custar, Ohio.
After graduation, Howard worked as a welder at the Daybrook Hydraulic Company, in Bowling Green, and The Shipyards in Toledo, Ohio.
Howard was a lifelong farmer as well as a lifetime fireman with the Milton Township Fire Department. Howard also enjoyed restoring antique cars and tractors. Howard and his wife enjoyed hunting and fishing in Colorado, Wyoming and Michigan.

Robert Sigler, 93, Deshler, died Tuesday, (Jan. 7, 2014).
Survived by children, Larry Sigler, Kissimmee, Fla.; Linda (Richard) Babcock, Deshler; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Preceded by infant son, Sheldon; siblings, Elizabeth Hicks, Pauline Blake, Currie and Ivan Sigler.
Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Rodenberger Funeral Home.
Visitation: 2-8 p.m. Friday.
