James Hinckley, 69, of Toledo, passed away Jan. 1, 2014.
He is survived by his niece Janice Doyle of Bowling Green.
There will be no services.
Arrangements are being handled by Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home & Crematory, Bowling Green.

Mary Ann Michaelis, 91, of Bowling Green and formerly of Tontogany, OH, died January 10, 2014 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center in Bowling Green, OH.
She was born to Otto J. and Bertha (Getz) Schwind on March 16, 1922 in Perrysburg, OH. On February 22, 1941 she married Wayne Michaelis in Perrysburg and he preceded her in death on October 24, 1995.
Mary worked for many years at Uhlman's in their distribution center.
She was a dedicated homemaker who also enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, sewing and canning.
Mary was a member of the Tontogany American Legion Auxiliary, a 4-H advisor to the Tontogany Four Leaf Clover Chapter for 38 years, a member of the St. Aloysius Catholic Church, served on the Farm Bureau Homemakers council, was the Gleaner Life Insurance Society National Chaplain and their State Recreation Leader.
Mary was named Mrs. Wood County in 1956.

SchmeltzobitDorothy M. Schmeltz, age 80, of Pemberville, OH, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at the Eleanor Jennings, in Rossford, OH.
She was born on September 12, 1933 in Iliff, CO to Alex and Catherine (Sewald) Schivelbein. On May 9, 1953 she married Rae Schmeltz in Perrysburg, OH and he survives.
After 30 years she retired in 1994 as a longtime employee for the Farmers Savings Bank.
Her memberships included: St. Rose Catholic Church, Perrysburg, OH, Alter and Rosary Society, C.H.R.P. at St. Rose, Troy-Webster American Legion Auxiliary Unit #240, Luckey, OH, Sugar Creek Golf Course, BUNCO club and Friends of Otterbein Portage Valley.

Willie David Hobson Jr.
Willie David Hobson Jr., 87, of West Truman, died Saturday January 11, 2014 at Bowling Green Manor.
He was born February 22, 1926, to Willie David and Anna (Compton) Hobson Sr. He married Virginia Louise Whitson on July 31, 1948. She preceded him in death in 2001.
Surviving are five sons, Johnnie David, Northwood; Carl, Plantation, FL; Robert, Tavernier, FL; and Charles and Jimmie, both of Bowling Green; three daughters, Judy Roth, McClure; June Kosmider, Waterville; and Lisa Mantel, Portage; 18 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters.
He is survived by one brother, James Emmit.

He was born on May 2, 1954, in Paintsville, KY. to Freddie and Martha (Blair) Caudill. On October 15, 1972, Troy married the love of his life the former Elsa Endicott.
Troy was employed as a Tech Service Rep with Material Science Corp.
He was a member of Emmanuel Freewill Baptist Church in Luckey, where he served as Clerk and Treasurer. Troy was very active in the Lake Township Fire Department Station 1, where he was a retired Engineer. He also served as 2nd Vice President on the Board of Directors for Glass City Federal Credit Union.
