Barbara Digby, 68, of North Baltimore, passed away at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday (May 3, 2014) at Briar Hill Health Campus.
All services will be private.  
Arrangements are being handled by Smith-Crates Funeral Home, North Baltimore.

A Celebration of Life for Ralph R. West is being held on Saturday from noon until dusk at Carter Park's Bartlett Shelter.
Family and friends are invited to share their memories during the celebration.
Food and beverages will be provided.
Mr. West, 55, of Dunbridge died May 4.

Born and raised in Custar, Ohio, he was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother.
He was the son of Sam and Alice West, formerly of Custar.

Hiser-PaulPaul R. Hiser, 74, of Oregon, Ohio passed away peacefully and serenely surrounded by his family, May 2, 2014 at Mercy St. Vincent Hospital.
He was the beloved husband of Joyce, his wife of 50 years; devoted father to children, Larry (Sue) Hiser of Marietta, OH, Anita (Frank) Waganfeald of Oregon, OH, Bill (Linda) Hiser of Canal Winchester, OH. Paul is also survived by his grandchildren, Danny and Allison Hiser, Frank and Hal Waganfeald, and Hannah and Haden Hiser; brother, Vernon (Nancy) Hiser; sister, Margaret Wilka; several nieces and nephews; and in-laws, Fred (Mary) Burkholder, Gene (Terry) Burkholder, Linda Burkholder and Carol DiStefano.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gerald Hiser; sister-in-law, Susie Hiser; and brother-in-law, David Wilka.
He was born on March 21, 1940 to Louis and Madonna (Amos) Hiser.

She was born on September 4, 1951 to Ray H. and Alice H. (Green) Perry in Toledo, Ohio.
Barbara was active in the American Legion Auxiliary #232.
She worked for many years at Saylor Products in Grand Rapids.
Barbara was a die hard loyal Notre Dame Fighting Irish Fan.
Barbara is survived by her son Nathan (Gina Rosales) Perry of Swanton, Ohio, her grandsons Collin R. Perry and Edward F. Neeker Jr., her brother Roland R. (Sandra) Perry, her sister Judy (Dave) Thomas, her faithful canine companions Houston and Captain and many nieces and nephews.
