Theresa Kay Merritt left us to become a heavenly angel June 4, 2014.
Theresa was born in Fremont, Ohio June 15, 1967.
She is survived by her mother, Oklea Love Guerrero; daughter, Megan Merritt; three boys, Jacob, Cameron and Dylan Goddard; four grandchildren; two brothers, Kenny Merritt and Bob Guerrero; two sisters, Tanya Grace and Stacey Merritt; six nephews and two nieces; and her loving fiancé, David E. Watts.
She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Merritt; nephew, Kyle Grice; grandparents, George and Della Love; Archie and Fairy Merritt; and her beloved pet, Taz Merritt.

Pontasch-Julie-obitJulie McMullen Pontasch, 57, passed away peacefully with family at her bedside in Ann Arbor, MI on May 31, 2014.
She passed following a two-year battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's Disease).
Julie spent most of her career working in development for various institutions. These included University of Northern Iowa and Bowling Green State University. She retired as the Director of Planned Giving at the University of Michigan shortly after her diagnosis. She also had a passion for the arts and served as the President for the Grand Rapids, Ohio Arts Council for several years.

Allen-BabcockAllen "Babby" Babcock, age 83, of Bradner, Ohio, passed away peacefully Saturday (June 7, 2014) at Wood Haven Health Care in Bowling Green, Ohio.
He was born on June 27, 1930 in Bradner to the late Jake and Ethel (Koons) Babcock. Allen married Helen J. French on August 31, 1956 in Angola, Indiana; she passed away on September 29, 2001.
Surviving Allen are sons, Jeff L. (Angie) Babcock of Bradner, Ohio, Joe L. (Wendy) Burrows of Fostoria, Ohio; daughter, Lori J. (James) Johnston of Bradner, Ohio; stepsister, Shirley Wallace of Gallipolis, Ohio; 15 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Ethel; stepmother, Lilian Gladman; wife, Helen Babcock; sons, Allen C. Babcock, Douglas Babcock, Dave Burrows; daughter, Karen Burrows; brothers, Raymond, William, Bernard, Lewis; sister, LaVilla Curlis-Carr.

McAninch-MeredithMeredith V. McAninch, 99, of Bowling Green, Ohio, died Friday, June 6, 2014 in Bowling Green.
She was born May 26, 1915 in Greentown, Ind. to Glen and Edith (Armstrong) Lee. She married Roy McAninch on April 8, 1933 and he preceded her in death in 1984.
Meredith worked in the family business for many years, as the friendly receptionist at Knickerbocker Building Services in Bowling Green.
She loved crocheting, crossword and jigsaw puzzles and attending the many sporting events her grandchildren and great-grandchildren participated in, especially baseball games at BG Carter Park and hockey at the BGSU Ice Arena.
She is survived by her son, Keith (Mary) of Burlington, Ind., grandchildren, Kirk (Kim) McAninch, Angie (Brian) Plutat, Kyle McAninch, Denise (Terry) Murphy,

Tretter-HelenHelen L. Tretter, 83, of Bowling Green, Ohio, passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side on Thursday, June 5, 2014, at Bridge Hospice Care Center after a courageous battle with lung cancer.
Helen was born on July 18, 1930 in Bucyrus, Ohio to Mary and Albert Baxter. She married James R, Tretter in 1955 and he preceded her in death in October of 1999. Although they were divorced at the time of his death, they remained good friends throughout their lives.
Helen worked at Midwest Stamping in Bowling Green from 1972 until she retired. She was an avid bowler and a long time member of the Monday Night Ladies Major League at Al-Mar Lanes in BG as well as a junior bowling coach. In 1984, she was inducted into the Bowling Green Women's Bowling Association Hall of Fame for Meritorious Service. Helen was also a Brownie and Girl Scout Leader.
