Roberts-WilliamWilliam Henry Roberts, M.D., 93, of North Baltimore, Ohio, passed away at home on June 12, 2014, of kidney failure.
Dr. Roberts was born August 3, 1920, in North Baltimore, to Charles S. and Nellie Y. Roberts. He married Ruth Jane Biehler on December 19, 1943, and she died May 1, 1983. He married Ingrid A. Cornelius on July 6, 1985, and she died October 15, 2011.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, William H. and Margaret J. Roberts of New Albany, Ohio; and granddaughters Jane E. Leggiero of Austin, Texas, and Julia A. K. Roberts of New Albany.
His daughter Rachael E. Leggiero preceded him in death on December 21, 2006.
Dr. Roberts was a 1938 graduate of North Baltimore High School and a 1942 graduate of The Ohio State University School of Pharmacy. During his college years, he marched with TBDBITL and was elected to Kappa Kappa Psi band honorary.

Kathleen-Slawson-obitKathleen G. Slawson, 93, died at Twin Rivers Care and Rehabilitation Center, Defiance, OH on June 5 as a result of a stroke.
She was a former resident of Henry Ford Retirement Center in Dearborn, MI and lived many years in St. Clair Shores, MI.
Born in Maysville KY, in 1920, she was adopted at an early age by Dr. Virgil David Guittard and Saburna Edith Masson, a medical team devoting care to Indian reservations. She grew up in several reservations in Wisconsin and Michigan before moving to Bowling Green, OH. She attended Bowling Green High School, where she met her husband Sam J. Slawson. She graduated from BGHS at age 14 and attended BGSU before marrying Sam on December 31, 1937.

After a lifetime of many moves, Harold E. Jenkins, 89, of Bowling Green, OH, made his final move to his heavenly mansion early in the morning of June 10, 2014.
Harold was born Dec. 6, 1924, to James Milton and Mary Jane [Mamie] Jenkins, in Tampa, FL.
He enlisted in the U.S. Navy the day after Pearl Harbor and was deployed on the USS Talamanca and served in the South Pacific during WWII.
After his honorable discharge in 1945, he returned to Tampa, where he met and married (Naomi) Faye Hart on Sept. 19, 1947. After a long career in the transportation industry and many moves, he and Faye ended up in Jacksonville, FL, where they lived until finally moving to Bowling Green in 1995, to be with their children and grandkids.

Mark Mayo, 54, of Findlay, died June 10.
Surviving are his children: Amanda and Jeff; brothers: Todd, Matt, William and Anthony; sister: Sharon; and 13 grandchildren.
Visitation: June 14 from 9:30 until the service 11 a.m. at Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home & Crematory, Bowling Green.  Contributions to the funeral home.
