Betty L. "Skeet" Leady 72, of Fostoria, Ohio, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2013.
Betty was born in Bowling Green, Ohio to the late Burton and Opal (Huffman) Burwell. She married Deloyd "Lloyd" Leady on September 28, 1959 in Monroe, Michigan and he preceded her in death on January 5, 2013.
Surviving are their children: Kevin (Lori), Keith, Deloyd David Leady and Jodi (Mark) Hoffman; five grandchildren: Matthew, Clint, Nick, Sara (Rob) and Hailey; four great-grandchildren: Raelyn, Matthew, Blake and Barrett; four sisters: Bev Calvert, Vicky Graff, Amy Betz and Rita Goris; a brother, Jim Burwell; and her best friend, Kim Graham.
She was preceded in death by her brother: Bob Burwell; sisters: Carol Putnam and Brenda Shinners and her stepmother, Mary Burwell.
Betty enjoyed crocheting blankets and line dancing. She enjoyed going every year to Nashville to attend the Fan Fare week and seeing her special country singers Roger Hughes and Don Campbell, whom she kept in touch with until her passing. Betty was very family oriented and especially loved her grandchildren.
Visitation for Betty will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2013 from 2 until the time of her Celebration of Life Service at 6 p.m. in the DECK-HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1460 West Wooster Street/P.O. Box 648, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, Tele: 419-352-2171. Interment will be private in the Wood County Memory Gardens

The family would like to thank the Independence House, Bridge Hospice and Dr. Badik for their support and care of Betty during these past few months.
