Anna M. Snyder, age 90, of Risingsun, Ohio, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Fostoria Community Hospital.
She was born on May 22, 1922 in Perry Township to the late Harry and Iva (Spurgeon) Foster. Anna married Benjamin Snyder in 1941 in Indiana, he passed away on June 18, 1996.
Surviving are grandchildren, Laurie, Peggy, Jane; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Iva; husband, Benjamin; son, Gerald Snyder; brothers, Orlo Foster, Willis Foster, Herb Foster.
Anna was a 1940 Graduate of Fostoria High School.
She worked at the Excello Factory in Fostoria, and then worked as a Bank Teller at the Key Bank in Risingsun.
Anna attended the First Church of God in Risingsun, was a member of Senior Citizens in Risingsun, and enjoyed puzzles and crafts-crocheting and sewing.
All services will be private as per Anna's request.
Memorial donations may be made to the Wood County Commission on Aging.
