Alberta Kepling, 93, of Grand Rapids, OH, passed away Saturday, April 26, 2014 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Kepling worked at Holiday Inn in housekeeping, Saylor Products in Grand Rapids and also at Tem-Cole Radish Factory.
She also was a den mother assistant.
Mrs Kepling was born to James and Leora Miller on May 19, 1920. She was married to Joseph Cecil Kepling. They were married on December 24, 1941 in Whitehouse, Ohio. They lived in the Grand Rapids, Ohio area where they raised their seven children.
Surviving children are: Mrs. Joann (Asa) Ottinger, Jim (Linda), Bob (Sue), Tom, Gene (Doreen), and Debra (Gary) Gamby. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Preceding Mrs. Kepling in death are her parents; husband: Joseph; son: Bill; grandson: Billy; sisters: Inez Kiesling and Alta Mae Vollmar; and brother: George Miller.
Friends may call at the Wright-Habegger Funeral Home at 24084 West 2nd Street, Grand Rapids, Ohio on Friday, May 2, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with burial in Milton Township Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Home Health and Hospice.
