Arthur A. and Brenda A. (Lehman) Michaelis were married June 20, 1964, at Trinity Lutheran Church,
Wauseon, Ohio, by Pastor Loyal Bishop of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Bowling Green, OH. Art, formerly of
Tontogany, Ohio, is a retired Washington Local Schools elementary princicpal, having served 36 ½ years
in education. Brenda, formerly of Wauseon, is also retired from teaching. The couple has three wonderful
children, Todd, Craig (Heidi) and Sara Michaelis. They have also been blessed with five grandchildren,
Tarah, Trevor, Caitlin, Grant, and Maddie Michaelis. The family will celebrate with a dinner later this
summer.
