JERRY CITY - One woman was taken to an area hospital after a crash Wednesday on Bull Creek Road, just north of Jerry City Road.
The Wood County Sheriff's Office reports that a 12:07 p.m. Rebecca Cleaver, Forest, was southbound on Bull Creek and traveling too fast to negotiate a sharp curve in the road. She ran off the west side of the road, overcorrected, came back onto the road and then drove off the west side again and across a grassy area.
The vehicle then drove down a ditch embankment and came to rest on its wheels in a deep ditch.
Cleaver, who was wearing a seat belt, reported possible injuries and was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, by a private vehicle.
She was cited for reasonable control.
