On Tuesday, the mayor, solicitor and the safety committee of Weston visited the Milton Center's council meeting.
At issue was the contract discussions regarding the emergency medical services are performed by the Weston EMS Department.
At the July 1 Weston Village Council meeting, the council turned down a proposed revision of the contract for services.
Milton Center approved the $625 contract fee, and will then fund any unpaid runs during the year.
It is expected that Weston will now approve the contract at its meeting Monday at 7 p.m.
