Warrant issued in BG for burglary suspect PDF Print E-mail

Police have issued a warrant for a Holland man wanted in connection with a break-in and vandalism at a North Enterprise Street apartment over the weekend.
Lance Pfaff, 46, Holland, is currently being sought on felony counts of burglary and vandalism.
The burglary incident was reported Sunday in the 800 block of North Enterprise. A resident reportedly came home to the apartment and found it had been entered, and the furnace, stove and water all turned on.
There was also profanity spray-painted on the walls.
The damages to the apartment alone exceeded $11,000.00.
Officers contacted the resident who was staying out of town at the time of the burgalry. It was learned that the resident had been a victim of a stalking. Additional evidence was collected and probable cause was developed to charge Lance E. Pfaff, 46 of Holland, Ohio. Pfaff has active warrants for the burglary and vandalism.
Pfaff is believed to be in the Toledo area and is known to have a handgun. He is considered armed and dangerous and if located do not confront him and call 911 immediately.
He is the owner of a 2011 tan Volvo with Ohio Plate EWY 6943.  He may also be driving a navy blue Volkswagon Passat with an unknown plate number.
