NORTHWOOD - A Walbridge man is being held on charges that he sexually assaulted two women in the city earlier this month.

Police report that the first incident occurred July 16 in the East Broadway area. A 30-year-old woman was reportedly the victim of a sexual assault, and the incident reportedly took place in a nearby field.
A second incident was reported as occurring at a residence in the area of East Broadway and Wales Road, involving a 37-year-old woman.
Through investigation, officers were able to determine Chaney as a suspect, and he was subsequently arrested.
