With the holidays fast approaching, the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce seeks fun and festive volunteers to help with the annual community holiday parade on Nov. 23, starting at 8 a.m., in downtown Bowling Green.
Volunteer activities will be finished by 1 p.m.
The entire Bowling Green community is asked to join together to provide its citizens of all ages with a holiday parade they will never forget.
The theme for this year is "Santa's Toy Box."
"A successful parade requires a number of fun, dedicated people to help facilitate the parade," says Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Earlene Kilpatrick.  "We will need people to help floats find their starting positions, as well as to help walk with banners during the event. It is even more fun with a group of friends."
Those who are interested in volunteering at the parade should contact the Chamber of Commerce at (419) 353-7945 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ,
