BRADNER – Two people were injured in a crash on U.S. 6, at Bradner Road, north of the village.
The Wood County Sheriff’s Office reports that at 6:42 a.m. Thursday, Robert Wagner, Portage, was
eastbound on Route 6 and a vehicle ahead of him was stopped in the right lane to make a left turn onto
Bradner Road.
Wagner then passed the vehicle and was struck by a vehicle driven by Kathleen Brand, Risingsun, who was
westbound on Route 6.
Wagner sustained incapacitating injuries and was taken to Wood County Hospital by Bradner Fire/EMS. He
was not listed as a patient at the hospital this morning.
Brand sustained non-incapacitating injuries and was taken to the hospital by Pemberville EMS.
Wagner was cited for driving upon the left side of the road.
