Two men sent to prison PDF Print E-mail

Two men were sentenced to prison terms recently by Wood County Court of Common Pleas Judge Alan Mayberry.
Lamont Carter, 25, Toledo, was sentenced to 15 months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of trafficking in cocaine, a fourth-degree felony.
The charge stems from an incident which took place in July, 2012, on Tracy Road near Perrysburg in which Carter reportedly engaged in the sale of 20 grams of crack cocaine.
Carter was given credit for 100 days served in the Wood County jail.
Also sentenced was Morton Hollowell, 45, Toledo, on a charge of fifth-degree breaking and entering, in an incident which occurred earlier this year.
Hollowell was sentenced to nine months in prison, to be served consecutive to another prison term imposed on him.
He was given credit for 225 days served in the Wood County jail.
Both men will be subject to three years of post-release control upon their release.
