Two men indicted for burglary

Two Lucas County men were indicted on a total of 22 counts, including 10 counts each of burglary, by a
Wood County grand jury this week.
They were among 11 people indicted.
Johnnie Barron, 20, Oregon, and Nino Barron, 42, Toledo, were each indicted on 10 counts of burglary and
a single count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
According to court documents, Johnnie Barron reportedly dropped Nino Barron off and then picked him up at
a number of locations in Lake Township, which Nino Barron allegedly then entered and often stole items.

The incidents were reported to have occurred throughout January of this year. Items reported stolen in
the burglaries included flat screen televisions, tools, jewelry, firearms and a firearm safe.
Also indicted was Anthony Hutchins, 40, Columbus, on one count of possessing criminal tools, two counts
of aggravated trafficking, and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. Hutchins was arrested March
4 on Interstate 75 near Perrysburg by state yroopers after he was allegedly found to have more than 360
Oxycontin pills, worth over $10,000, and $1,500 in cash in his possession following a traffic stop. A
small amount of marijuana was also reportedly found in his pockets.
Additionally indicted were:
• Louis Abdo III, 41, Northwood, and Darlene Napier, 41, Harlan, Ky.: each indicted on three counts of
forgery and one count of receiving stolen property.
• Ray Bailey, 36, Walbridge: trespass in a habitation.
• Ernest Berry III, 29, Green Springs: theft from an elderly person or disabled adult.
• Matthew Contreras, 22, Deshler, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or
a combination of them (two counts).
• Brad Hopgood, 26, Dekalb, Ill.: possession of drugs.
• Angelica Mull, 22, Perrysburg: receiving stolen property.
• Rupert Nave, 55, Toledo: robbery.
Bills of information were handed up for:
• Anthony Pizzuti, 38, Findlay: possession of drugs.
• Zachary Williams, 24, Oregon: illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified
government agency.
Final dispositions in these cases will be available from the Wood County courts.
