WESTON - Two area men were injured in a single-car crash Wednesday morning on Sand Ridge Road.
The Ohio Highway Patrol reports that at 10:55 a.m. Jacob Voss, McClure, driving a 2002 Dodge Stratus, was westbound on the road near the Potter Road intersection when he traveled left of center.
Voss then overcorrected and drove off the right side of the road, striking a utility pole.
Voss's two passengers, Stephen Hedges, Perrysburg, and Richard Daubert, Weston, sustained incapacitating injuries and were taken to Wood County Hospital by Mid-County 120 EMS. Both were treated and released.
A citation is pending.
